The RPAH elimination diet has been a life-saver for my family. This nice, accessible cook book makes it easy and accessible to everyone.



My one complaint about this book is that it plays down the behavioral symptoms which can be caused by food chemicals. They are merely mentioned in passing. But there is a little information on what food intolerance is all about and some of the physical symptoms which can be avoided by low-chemical eating.
