Sugar and I have never been the best of chums. I get dehydrated, massive lows and sometimes palpitations from soft drinks. So Sarah Wilson's blog was a pretty exciting discovery and then this book book came out I couldn't wait!

A must read not only for detailed information on the scary effects sugar has on us but also for some great, healthy recipes!

I'm in love with the cheesecake and the coco nutty granola! YUM!
