A gorgeous book, written from the heart with some of the most delicious recipes I have ever read/created. I can honestly say that I have made at least 1 dish per week (mostly more!) from Sophie's gorgeous book since I purchased it.
Alongside the delicious recipes (that are very easy and don't include a list of 'unattainable ingredients'), beautiful photography (that I understand Sophie took all on her own!), I really adored the gorgeous stories about the farmers. I really appreciated getting to know the Farmers, their story and how they farm the produce that we get to enjoy our plates.
Put simply, a gorgeous book that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone, Sophie is an absolute delight.
