Maggie Beer, one of Australia's most respected chefs is back with her ninth book, Maggie's Christmas. Maggie offers a wide variety of scrumptious meals that can be prepared for the holidays for the whole family to enjoy. Slow-cooked fillet of beef and Christmas pudding with cumquat brandy butter are just two of the amazing dishes you can learn in this fantastic cookbook.

Aside from the recipes, the book is also filled with beautiful photographs from Maggie's travels. She lets the readers into her family's adventures telling stories that have inspired each meal in the book. The stories are very encouraging and they make me want to create the meals myself, share it with my friends and family so we can also have the same great experience that Maggie had while cooking and eating the dishes.

Maggie also teaches the readers some of her tips and tricks. For instance, she has recipes that allow you to transform leftovers into delicious new dishes.
