Mix & Bake is full of not only tasty, but also simple recipes. I can't imagine anyone being able to stuff these up - they're stuff up proof.

As the title (kind of) indicates, all recipes merely require mixing (bowl and spoon, no need for any fancy appliances) and baking, but they'll come out so impressive everyone will think you've slaved hard over a hot stove.

Belinda Jeffery has here written one of the best baking books ever.

Belinda Jeffery has a knack for creating simple recipes that work every time, no matter how good a cook you are.

In Mix & Bake you will find a range of delicious recipes that require pretty much only some measuring cups, a bowl, a spoon, something to bake the product in or on, and an oven to bake. How fabulous is that?

Hands down my favourite baking book.
