I found the content very simple to get. It really is quite thin in content and tons of fluffy superfluous stuff, BUT that is the point. It takes a simple concepts for the budding manager and gives a very simple framework that anyone can put in motion. The creative narrative helps almost anyone grasp the ideas quickly. Its also a very quick read.
