Everyone wants to be successful. But what is success? Is it having a lot of money? Is it having a happy family? In this book, Neil Jenman sets out to define the meaning of success and what it takes to achieve success. He argues that most people are a lot closer to achieving success than they realise. He acknowledges that success involves financial security but he argues, strongly, that money should not be their main measure of success. He says, `There are plenty of losers on the Rich Lists'. To achieve true success people need to display true character. In this book, Neil sets out the characteristics that he feels are essential to leading a truly successful life. This is a book that can be of enormous help to anyone who is seeking to achieve a more successful, rewarding and happy life.

Neil's previous books Real Estate Mistakes and Don't Sign Anything have both been bestsellers in the Australian market selling over 200,000 copies since publication.

The book starts off with some good views but vastly turns into a name and shame book to me . He calls people with tattoos and that gamble all losers and he names people he lent money and did not get back , anyone that dose not wear a tie will not be successful in life ( poor Richard Branson ) you where a real estate agent Neil and the very people that made you where you are today are the Aussie battlers with their form guides and tattoos . I bet you had no problem singing the contracts of sales with them ?? It takes real character to write a good book to help people but it takes a lack of character to name and shame people and brand your fellow homeowners losers . (A saying we use all the time in Ireland -people in glass houses should not throw stones ) . P.s . Loved your real estate mistakes book , but this one makes you the grumpy old man and vindictive ..
