Anyone who is an avid fan of the new BBC Dr Who should treat themselves occassionally to a slice of the earlier Dr WHo mythology. The second Dr, a kind of cosmic hobo who played the recorder, is revived for this terrific adventure. Also along for the ride his original companions Zoe and Jamie, rollicking along as if the Tardis from 1969 just materials on a bookshelf in 2014. All the best elements of the Dr Who universe are here - plenty of action scenes, last minute escapes, and witty quips that brought Patrick Troughton's version of the Doctor to life. Loved it!
