I simply couldnt put this book down! An authors debut that was so engrossing I found myself rushing home from work to snuggle down and turn detective to find out the truth of what happened to Dani Lancing.

A fathers unconditional love for his daughter. A mothers compulsion to capture a killer. An infatuated childhood friend who is obsessed to find answers. These are the three grieving characters integral to solving the cold case mystery of the disappearance of Dani Lancing, a senior university student whose life has been cut brutally short. The story focuses on the unremitting love each has for Dani and the lengths one goes to in order to protect this love even in death. In order to solve this case and finally reveal the truth, private secrets will need to be divulged and the sleazy underworld of drugs visited. Only then will Dani be able to truly rest in peace.

If you liked The Lovely Bones (Alice Sebold, 2002) then you are guaranteed to LOVE this book. I know you will find yourself, in true Twin Peaks style, wondering just Who Killed Dani Lancing?
