Don't waste your money
23/02/2011My husband got to enjoy his Christmas gift for about 6 weeks before his Kobo would no longer turn on or display pages properly. It had not been dropped or roughly treated, and used to be carried around in his laptop bag which was obviously not thrown around.
We returned to the store where we bought it only to be told that we would have to contact Kobo (an American company). After emailing them AND Borders about a month ago I have received fleeting emails from Kobo and then...nothing.
It's a great item for a short time, but don't expect any help whatsoever when something goes wrong.
