The book has a high quality feel - almost like a coffee table book. It's a colouring book and meditation guide in one. There are 30 pictures, which isn't so many as other books, but there is a lot of text for a colouring book, including quotes and also guided meditations. The pictures themselves are really unusual - my hubby and I are fighting over them. Good value too.

I really like the images in the book which are quite unusual in style. They are varied - some intricate, some easier to colour. Some with very detailed backgrounds, some "floating in space" a mixture of abstract and realistic. Some mandala type images. The lines are thicker than in many books, which makes an interesting effect.

However the thing that really stands out about this book for me is the way the book explains a lot about mindfulness and exactly how colouring can be used as a meditation practice. I actually learnt a lot! And then each image is linked to a quote, which gives an extra layer of meaning. I like it a lot, so I'm giving it 5 stars.
