So the basic premise of this story is girl meets boy and they have sex, sex and more sex.

Our larger-than-life (in more ways than one) studmuffin is Gideon and it is immediately obvious that he is overbearing, obnoxious and a possessive control freak. Maybe they aren't qualities every woman dreams of in a life partner but Eva seems to like him. Gideon is also outrageously handsome, owns half of New York and despite having all these gorgeous women (plus a few men) fainting at his feet, is a traumatised soul in need of saving and a bit of a dud when it comes to meaningful relationships.

Enter Eva (and he does... often). She herself is also damaged from events in her past, unlucky in love and she soon becomes overwhelmed by Gideons "charms". But boy oh boy does she like it.

Its all slightly ludicrous but is erotic fiction after all and if they weren't at it hammer and tongs every 2 or 3 pages there would be something wrong.

To my surprise in between all the sticky, sweaty bits there is a plot but in all honesty I would have found this a much sexier story if the two of them had kept their pants on a bit more and attempted to build a healthy relationship by overcoming their traumatic pasts. Maybe that isn't really in the spirit of things. Or maybe its coming in book 2 .. ah... ah...
